Ingredients
Ceremonial grade matcha with added L-theanine. Ceremonial grade means first harvest and stone ground, which is why it whisks out smooth without anything added to mask it. About 60 mg caffeine per serving.
How to use
One scoop, whisked into hot water that is not boiling — boiling water is what turns matcha bitter. Milk goes in afterwards, if you want it at all.
